james aspinall known as jimmy passed away on 1st august 2008 at the wigan and leigh hospice he had been ill for a while his lungs had collapsed,he was then suffering really bad with shingles,then he had a leaking valve from his heart into his liver and kidneys so was going through a really bad time.he worked at many places such as cotton mills and many other jobs but his last job was at mansells in horwich but had to leave due to an injury there. jimmy was married to edna aspinall nee ricketts for over 40 yrs and lived in amberswood close hr ince wigan. they sadly divorced over 5 yrs ago. he had 3 brothers ronnie,ken and danny and 3 sisters betty,mary and edna jimmy was the eldest of 7. he had 5 children 1 boy jimmy and 4 girls ann,angela,jean and linda. he had 8 grandchildren 4 boys barry,nathan,shaun and kane and 4 girls stacey,emma,jade and chloe. he also had 2 great grandchildren 1 boy joshua and 1 girl sophie, and 2 on the way which he will sadly not see. jimmy was a character and loved life but wouldnt give up till the very end he was a tough one . he had a lot of friends who will truly miss him also a very large close family who will also miss him dearly. I linda am going to leave a little message now that my sister ann wrote to read out at church at his funeral from all his children. dad we are sad that you have gone away,we know you are watching us each and every day,the pain it brings,it hurts so much,however in time it will fade away.we will miss your smile,your love and care when god took you away from us,you knew we were there you suffered for a while but not in vane your soul is at rest now and not in pain. one day time will heal all of our pain and you will come to see, that you were loved and treasured by all and you will stay in our memory. we love you,we miss you,good night and god bless your loving children x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x

hi dad just to let you no our max as passed away and will be joining the animals up there mum was devastaed obviously as she found him in the living room but she no's he will be taken care of by the angels and who no's maybe you will come across him he be pleased to see you im sure . lots of love and miss you so much x.x.x.x.x.
